Support Issue Clarification

Hi everyone,
I know there are a lot of users of WP-Forge. I cannot begin to express the gratitude to the awesome community for choosing to use my theme.
This is something that I think needs to be addressed and I have been trying for the longest time to figure out how to convey that message without making users upset or offending someone.
This forum is for out of the box support of WP-Forge only. This means that if you are running into issues with WP-Forge not functioning properly or something isn’t displaying properly (yes I know bout the search button…lol the fix is here) because she was shipped that way, then that is my fault and I will be more than happy to help correct it.
However, if you are creating a web site for yourself or even for a client and you want to add something or change something, these are considered “How To” issues. These kinds of issues can be very involved and take time to explain. This is time that I normally do not have.
So if you are trying to modify WP-Forge for a project or a client essentially you are asking “How To” and I will not answer these kinds of questions in the forums. If you like you can contact me about the modification via my site and we can discuss.
I apologize if this is taken the wrong way. My intention is not to offend anyone or upset anyone. My intention is to merely clarify what are considered support questions and what are not. I would like to know your thoughts, so please by all means, let me know your thoughts.
