Some issues with support, which were resolved
-
EDIT 2: It seems to be a great product and does what it claims. With the Pro version of the plugin, it is possible to enter as many Amazon products as one wants. Not sure we’ll go for it yet, but the support turned out to be great.
The only missing thing is an actual demo, a video of the admin UI, or documentation as the buy-first-and-see-later formula may not be the best approach.
Moving to 5 star as it seems to be better than what we have tested this far: Trustindex.io: too expensive ($349/y) and very cumbersome to set up for our particular needs; ElfSight: far too expensive in the long run, $60/y per 100 Amazon products (which they call widgets).= = = = = = = =
EDIT: Abul has written to me with a great video explaining how things work. I’ll update to 4 stars for now. Thank for the effort.

With several hundreds of titles, we wanted to try out the plug for Amazon reviews for our publications. Since the Amazon review part of the plugin isn’t enabled in the free version, we asked for a demo: no such thing.
We then asked for screenshots of the admin UI, to understand how the review entry works: again, not possible.
Eventually, after 3 email exchanges, we were sent 2 screenshot URLs, which were broken links.Every time we were given the same answer: buy it first, and if you’re not happy, we’ll refund you within 14 days. Unfortunately, to raise a purchase order, it is just not possible to do that. Seriously?
