• I had an issue with the header being too big in responsive mode so I added custom CSS to the field in the theme that specifies it but it didn’t work. I contacted support for a solution to the issue. They wanted admin access to my website. I told him no and he could just tell me what I need to do in the theme to limit the height. He then replied back saying I had modified the source code (which I did not) and that I needed to hire them to get assistance with the header. I swear this feels like taking your car in for a simple oil change and being told you need $1200 worth of work done.

    You can make oil change in your car yourself or hire the specialist, pay 1 hour on the service. $1200? Lol

    First off, you played the blame game in support by saying I had customization I did not have when it was the theme that was erroring out in WPMU. Your theme started causing other issues, to which, I had to switch back several times for other things. My beef wasn’t with the theme. My beef was with support playing the blame game about an issue that was a problem of the theme.

    I am only still working with the theme because I expected support to actually answer my initial question after 6 reinstalls of this theme and calls to my host just to get it to work but to no avail, instead of answering my question professionally, in a manner that would allow me to easily change this one star, you respond with emotion and email me that you don’t provide support to people that leave 1 star reviews.

    How infantile to get upset about a real issue that could have been answered within the first message to support but because you blew me off in the name of some rule that truly didn’t apply to me, because it was the theme bugging in WPMU, here we are. Please believe, your theme is only serving as a container on a dev site that won’t even be at that link for long so thank you for antagonizing me and posting the link to insight harassment. It’s very professional of you.
