Support lacks, no reply at all, want refund

I purchased Robo Gallery in April. After some use I had a question for their support team. Never got any reply.
A few weeks After that I had one more question for support, but also that never was answered.
In May certain things did not work any more, one of which was the reason I purchased Robo Gallery. On May 26 I asked for a refund, because of the lack in support and because stuff just did not work.
Up until now I haven’t heard anything.
I just want a refund because the product and the support is very poor for something I paid for.
