    I purchased Robo Gallery in April. After some use I had a question for their support team. Never got any reply.

    A few weeks After that I had one more question for support, but also that never was answered.

    In May certain things did not work any more, one of which was the reason I purchased Robo Gallery. On May 26 I asked for a refund, because of the lack in support and because stuff just did not work.

    Up until now I haven’t heard anything.

    I just want a refund because the product and the support is very poor for something I paid for.

    Really sorry to hear that you didn’t get our messages. We’re replying to all email of our customers even. When looks like customer do not receive our reply we’re resending copies of the messages multiply times from alternative emails. Please post your ticket here https://robogallery.co/new-ticket with few alternative emails. Please avoid hotmail and aol mail services. Sorry for any inconvenience.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales and refund topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
