    We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We made changes to our website recently. I checked the support link and it seems it is working. Could you please clear the cache, history and cookies of your browser and test the page using an incognito window.

    Please let us know if that works. On the other hand, could you please provide the URL where the popup is not working so that we can check it on our end?
