Support literally nonexistent…

  • Clearly, support is nonexistent. Plugin has some stability issue . sometime it hangs and it is so much code, making website to load slower. Make it lightweight..

    Where have you tried to contact the support? I am not seeing any support tickets in our dashboard.

    On the other hand, we are in a different time zone, so there would be at least 12-14 hours delay in replies if you submit a ticket in our night time.
