    Hi, I have sent you two sets of support tickets and my brother has sent another regarding not being able to activate the premium version of the plugin and neither of us has had a reply. The first ticket was submitted 2 days ago. Your help is needed, so can you please respond via the email address on the ticket – jimgman

    What ticket number is set to your ticket?

    Hi Auke, it has now been over an hour since I directly emailed you with no reply or confirmation of receipt; I sent in the first support ticket 3 days ago, so could you give me an idea of when I might expect some help? Thanks.
