    Hey there,

    I have the pro version and wrote several mails to the support but don’t get any answer or anything, the live chat isn’t available too anymore. If there are some holidays or support isn’t available for some reasons please let your customers know.

    we have in fact been a bit slow on support these past few days. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience. We are a small team, and I, as the person who usually handles support, have been out of office due to my studies.
