They advised me to hire a person who would explain to me the problem I had with their plugin, this is simply ridiculous, I’m an entrepreneur and as such I have paid a product, so if I prove with the facts that there is something wrong is not a freelancer who has to explain it to me ….
Slow and presumptuous support.
