• They advised me to hire a person who would explain to me the problem I had with their plugin, this is simply ridiculous, I’m an entrepreneur and as such I have paid a product, so if I prove with the facts that there is something wrong is not a freelancer who has to explain it to me ….

    your issue was about to create custom ribbons(translation of text), you didn’t understand.

    i have told you several time to create your own ribbons image like exiting upload somewhere and put the url

    finally you didn’t understand at all. that’s why i am recommending you to hire someone, as it was out of our support.

    first download image from here

    change it as you want, upload somewhere/your site copy the url and paste the url on “Ribbon src url.” input field. thats all.
