• After the first email contact I gave Themific access to our website but never heard of them again. I send several emails afterwards to check in and try to find out when they could take a look at the problem.

    At the End, I did get a reply and my problem could be solved.

    We replied to you, but maybe you didn’t get the reply its might be in you spam massage folder. here is the screenshot of the reply.
    We have checked your issue. you are using old version of the “Ultimate Addons for Contact Form 7” plugin. Please update our latest version of the plugin.

    Hi,

    I tried to update the plugin which broke the whole contact form entirely. To an extent that it doesn’t show on the webpage anymore. I had to roll back the update to make it work again.

    Do you have any other suggestion?
