    Dear support,
    I have submitted a support case (2 in fact) since Monday and yet to receive a response or acknowledgment. I need support on my issues urgently. Not sure if this is the usual response time as i understand it takes a max of 48 hours, correct?

    Please let me know if i have filed a wrong support form? ( can’t be since i submitted from the account page)

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
