That is so odd, they are avoiding us also in relation to a problem others are having also, not being able to post to linkedin company page.
We have a ticket open and a support post on this site. All they have done is ask us to repeat the problem and when we do, they simply avoid us.
We also cannot properly post to LinkedIn anymore. The image makes it but no title and no text excerpt. I tried all three methods, not one works.
Very confused about being avoided. All it takes to win customer loyalty is timely responses, even if it’s bad news, it’s better than causing bad feelings between the customer and the product. Truly strange and childish behavior.
