    The developers are investigating issues with the embedded viewer and Safari / iOS rendering. I will post an update as soon as I hear from the devs on this issue.

    Hi @feddev66,

    Can you please advise what versions of the operating system and Safari the client is using as our tests are showing the PDF is being loaded and displayed in the viewer correctly. You can have them visit the following link and then report back the URL that is generated: https://www.whatsmybrowser.org/ (please send that info to us via [email protected]).
