Support page in WPAdmin

This looks to be a great plugin.

How can I get to a support page within the lefthand admin menu?

I want for anyone who is logged into the back end be able to see and manage the entire helpdesk queue.

I am going out of my mind trying to get a Snippet to call the shortcode to display the list queue!
