    We provide and maintain Cue free of charge in hopes that you find it useful. Providing free technical support, however, is unsustainable and beyond our means.

    That being said, we extend this offer: If you provide a link to another support thread on the www.ads-software.com forums where you genuinely tried to help another person within the past month, we will make sure you receive a response.

    AudioTheme customers with an active subscription always receive priority support.

    maybe it would be possible to donate somewhere.
    because i do not need audio theme.
    but i find cue really really useful.

    so i could imagine to donate in a way …

    would that be an idea to get “better” support?

    We may offer support packages or release new products you might find useful in the future, but don’t currently accept donations. All we ask is that you help someone else and provide a link, then we’ll be happy to answer your question.

    but the problem is, that i am not a pro,
    so maybe i can not help someone else,
    even though i would like to.

    so i think it is a strange logic.
    but this is your business and your logic.
    i have to accept that.
