Every time an E-Signature document is signed, a confirmation email with access to the signer’s PDF is automatically sent to them. You can add a custom message to this confirmation email using our Add Custom Message add-on.
Separate from the WP E-Signature emails, you can send an automated email from your WPForm using the Notification feature in the WPForm settings.
To do so, log into WP > visit WPForms > select your form > settings > notifications > customize your settings and message.
Once you do this, you can customize the automated email that is sent to your WPForm visitor and they will receive this once they submit your form (in addition to any E-Signature invitation or confirmation emails that send).
