Support Question

He guys I sent in a ticket a week ago about an order I placed and need a refund so we can buy the Square add on but like ot know will you be replying back soon? This was done in my account in the WPecommerce site. I am seeing a lot of post that are years old and checking if you are still in business and answering support tickets?
