    You may have noticed that your topic is marked Resolved, even when the support question is still ongoing. Here is why:

    In order to make it easier to locate new and continuing support questions in this forum, we mark topics as Resolved when the following criteria is reached:

    1. The topic is actually resolved
    2. The conversation has moved to our ticket system or to Slack
    3. We’ve handed the issue over to our developers for a bug fix
    4. We haven’t heard from the OP in a week or more

    In the cases of #2 and #3, sometimes we will update the post with the actual solution when it has been reached. Rest assured that these topics have not been forgotten. They have simply moved off of the WP support forum, and are being worked on elsewhere.

    In the case of #4, we are happy to un-Resolve topics, if the OP comes back and updates us, and we usually post a message to the OP stating so.
