• My request for help was denied because they don’t record any purchases. I don’t understand why I should pay for help with my own plugin. Very bad!

    We’re really sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced.

    To clarify, we usually don’t ask for purchase details with every support request. However, since your issue seemed to be related to a feature that’s only available in the Smart Manager Pro version (the paid version), we asked for license verification as part of our standard process.
