• I love the Plugin, it’s well coded and lightweight and full of features that turn the Elementor plugin even better.

    But I was posting some questions in the support forum related to a bug I had on a website I’m developing, and without any response from the plugin author and any justification, he deleted my comments and blocked the topic for new replies.

    I’m just rating the plugin with one star because of his attitude, nothing more.

    Edit: The problem was clarified by the plugin author. So all good! 5 stars rated!

    First of all, we’re so sorry for any inconvenience you had and we totally appreciate your frustration.

    Actually, we would never do that because plugin authors don’t have the permission to block support forums topic or remove comments.

    WordPress moderators only who have the capability and permissions to freeze topics and remove comments, etc.

    We’ve tried to check for any engagements through your WordPress profile page, we can see that you have an engagement on this topic. I can see this topic was closed, we (plugin author) don’t even have the permission to close topics or remove comments.

    So, we would greatly appreciate if you could just provide a link for your topic so we can check from our end ?

    On the other hand, support topics usually frozen only if questions are related to the pro version of the plugin.

    We would be grateful if you could please send your ticket on our support system from here and whatever the issue you have, our team will help you to resolve that ASAP.

    We really hope you got the point, look forward to hearing from you.

    I didn’t know how the WordPress forum actually works, so thanks for clarifying that.

    Regarding the issue, yes that’s exactly the topic where my comments were removed and then blocked for new replies. I was going to comment that I found the problem and was able to solve it.
