    Hi

    I have an urgent support request, but the request form from the Woo Account isn’t working. When I send the request it says to look on the bottom right of the screen. However, nothing is there. I also did not receive a notification by email.

  • I have exactly the same issue. Moreover, the mail system for Woocommerce is not working (neither our store nor our clients receive e-mails regarding their orders).

    Hi there, thanks for posting about this. I’ve shared this with the relevant folks on WooCommerce.com and it’ll be looked into. Will you share more details about what options you are selecting from the form?

    It looks like there was an issue with the chat service that is being investigated further, in the meantime the form should work for submitting a ticket now. I checked and it seems to work. Let us know if you’re still not able to use the form.

    Thanks for the quick reply. The chat seems to not work yet, but I was able to successfully send the request via the support form and received a notification.

    To confirm, are you unable to log in to WooCommerce.com?
    Are you using the Google Sign-in method?

    I checked it on my end and was able to log in successfully.
    I recommend clearing your browser cache or using a different device.
