• There appears to be a problem with this plugin related to assigning the sample products to a shipping class. I’ve raised a support ticket on the developer’s support forum and have not received any response. As of writing this I’ve also noticed a lot of other open support tickets that remain unanswered on the plugin author’s website. What is very disappointing is that the Pro version has been purchased but support has not been provided. Also I’ve noted whilst my support ticket reporting this bug/issue remains unanswered a support ticket about purchasing the plugin has been answered immediately! So the developer appears to be happy with responding when there’s a potential sale but not helping to resolve issues after purchase.
