Support required – menu full width and social icons color

Hi All

I have some items though on one of my sites I could do with your support on. I am using the divi theme, so it comes under divi-child theme:

1) I have a menu bar (services menu – Teachers/Investments/Financial Service/NHS) that I am struggling to set to the full page width across the entire word press site.

2) I am also struggling to remove the white spacing above this menu (and below the item above it (has image of world on and paperwork).

3) How do i prevent the twitter and google+ icon at the very top from changing to black as you scroll down the page, i want them to remain white color.
