Support Response??

Hi,
We purchased a license for this plugin back in October, and a paid license is supposed to come with support, yet in 6 months of having this plugin we’ve never gotten a response to a single ticket submission. We’re honestly just confused at this point. We purchased the plugin, there is a support form provided, and our questions are simple.
At the moment we are interested in purchasing additional licensing for the plugin – which would mean us spending money – and no one has responded. We’re trying to give you money :\
Sorry for the frustration, but after 6 months of trying to contact you we simply just don’t understand what’s going on.
Are we missing something as to how to get a response from Foobox?
