    What does it take to get someone to respond to a support/licensing question at woocommerce.com? I have a PAYING client that is ready to buy extensions but they have concerns over the license that I’d like to clarify. I’ve now sent 3 support requests to (https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/) and NO ONE HAS RESPONDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have gotten no emails from your system. I have strong spam filters but most are delivered to junk so I can dig through. IF you are getting flagged and not delivered its because you are doing something completely unexpected and violating a rule.

    As already indicated, for pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
