Hi @mengeco
If I understand correctly, then the problem that you actually mean is that the slider doesn’t inherit the style of your theme automatically, right?
If this is what you meant, then we try to use strong CSS selectors for our own CSS to avoid third party CSS to override our styles. Otherwise the results that you see in the Slide editor and the actual results on the frontend would always be different. And you couldn’t even use our options to modify the style of the elements.
If you want to modify the style of the layers, then you need to use our dedicated settings on the Style tab of the layers.
Or as an alternative solution, you could make your CSS selectors much stronger e.g. with !important rule, and that way your CSS would override ours.
However please note that, if this causes a problem we won’t be able to help you in resolving that, you will need to fix the problem with custom CSS, too. For this reason we don’t really suggest overriding our styles with custom CSS.
If you meant something else, then please get in touch with us over the ticket system again here:
and send us:
- a link to the page where we can see the slider appear
- a slider export of your slider, so we can check your settings
Just make sure the email address that you will use doesn’t have typo in it, and can accept emails.
Best regards,
Laszlo.
