    I’ve put in 3 different tickets on our pop-ups no longer displaying on the site via your support system, with no response for weeks. My client has an account with you and I’ve made sure to submit the tickets with his login.

    Is the only way to get a response to pay for Pro, or do Basic customers still have access to your support?

    It looks like we only have one ticket on file for you from the 15th of August that received a same-day response.

    If you drop support a message with a link to this topic and the email for your client we can track down what happened to the ticket.
