Support spotty at best

Had issues with downloading and failure of thumbnails to appear in either edit mode or when published. It has been five days with no response to multiple e-mails to support or on their forum.

I bought this thing based on support reviews and have been sorely disappointed, especially since the say they try to get back to you in 24 hours.
