• Have been trying to get a response from these people for weeks!… It does not seem to matter that our business is suffering and losing money because of a bug in their plug-in.

    They could probably care less, but I doubt it.

    Do NOT install this plug-in…and PAY…for it. They just take your money and then disappear when you need support.

    Totally sucks.

As a team, we would like to learn from your negative experience to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Could you link me to a ticket (or tickets) where you didn’t get a response or you were treated in a way that came across as uncaring? We will make every effort to improve.

    I found and reviewed your support history on our site. It looks like you have received timely responses to the two tickets you have opened. It appears that you may not have followed the troubleshooting steps our team provided for you. I would recommend that you follow those troubleshooting steps so we can help you make progress on your emailing issues.

    I’m unsure as to why you feel our support has been poor quality. Could you clarify how we could do better in the future?

    Also, just FYI, 99% of the time, emailing issues are caused by the webhost. If that is the case with your CC/BCC problems, then usually an SMTP plugin will resolve the problem, as Nathanael has suggested in your support ticket.
