Support Sucks

  • They think they are above helping you. I accidentally deleted my premium theme and website. All they would do was email me a link to use a guide to fix it. I am an 80-year-old untechie man and needed some help but talking down to me was all they were capable of doing. Don not walk but run away from them.

    Hi Jim, we have been providing you with free premium support for more than 9 months, but we had to stop since we were on mail 50+ and we don’t have the resources to provide premium support for free, we are a small company.

    You got mad at us for not installing the theme for you on your website, which we cannot do. Instead we sent you a step-by-step with images that explains you how to do it yourself.

    I hope you managed to install it by following the guide.
