Support thread deleted – why?

    Hello,
    yesterday I posted a support thread regarding the WooCommerce plugin, tried to describe the problem, gathered information that could be helpful, waited hoping to get help – but the thread just disappeared without further notice. Can someone tell me what went wrong?
