Support Ticket on Pluginspired Website

I attempted a few times on the Pluginspired website to create an account for a support ticket (favicons not working for me when I test on my PC and iPad), but after clicking ‘create account’ I don’t receive a confirmation email, nor I am able to sign in.
Wondering if others are experiencing the same thing with creating an account on Pluginspired?
