Good afternoon,
I paid for?WooCommerce Checkout Manager – Personal?back on 1/24/23. When I log into the QuadLayers website for support or tickets, it tells me my support expired back on 7/24/23. When I reviewed your website for purchase back in January, it clearly stated you get “1 year of personalized support”. If you review the website now, it still states this. I tried sending an email to the company, but received a response saying, “However, this email channel is not the most efficient way to get your issues resolved or questions answered.”. I’m very disappointed at this point, being a paid customer and having to use this forum for contact. Please fix your website to give proper info.
Question/ Request,
Is there any way to get a conditional field added that allows you to select specific products. When a specific product is selected, specific Checkout fields are then added to the Checkout page. If not, is there a workaround possible that I’m not thinking of?
