    Good afternoon,

    I paid for?WooCommerce Checkout Manager – Personal?back on 1/24/23. When I log into the QuadLayers website for support or tickets, it tells me my support expired back on 7/24/23. When I reviewed your website for purchase back in January, it clearly stated you get “1 year of personalized support”. If you review the website now, it still states this. I tried sending an email to the company, but received a response saying, “However, this email channel is not the most efficient way to get your issues resolved or questions answered.”. I’m very disappointed at this point, being a paid customer and having to use this forum for contact. Please fix your website to give proper info.

    Question/ Request,

    Is there any way to get a conditional field added that allows you to select specific products. When a specific product is selected, specific Checkout fields are then added to the Checkout page. If not, is there a workaround possible that I’m not thinking of?

    Hello mate, we inform you that if you have purchased the license before May 31, 2023, you have acquired it with the single payment system and what has expired is your premium support for six (6) months, but you retain all the premium features and automatic updates of our plugin.

    As of May 31, 2023, our products are no longer available as a one-time purchase.

    We’ve transitioned to a subscription model to ensure the longevity and continuous enhancement of our product.

    In regards to no longer offering products as a one-time purchase, this is not true. You can absolutely make a “Lifetime” purchase of WooCommerce Checkout Manager – Personal for $89.     We also inform you that if you made the purchase before May 31, 2023, it is impossible for you to have acquired a license with these characteristics. As we mentioned before, before that date purchases were a one-time payment and premium support expired after 6 months.

    Because if they support you here and have a conversation with a customer on this site they risk getting into trouble? No one is permitted to support customers on this site.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    I do not have Facebook and therefore cannot respond there. As for trying to reach out to the developer via the website, I tried. The support system on the developers website is greyed out for messages and tickets. Hence, why I’m here in the first place. “If you’re not supposed to reply here in fear of getting in trouble”, please supply me with an alternate contact method so I can reach out to the developer directly. An email address would be great!
