support tickets link

i can’t consistently get back to my support tickets page.

i’m logged into my PRO version admin and see all my info, including key.

but when i click any kind of support ticket links i’m redirected to a login page.

i’ve been to my support tickets page a couple times before and will bookmark it this time.

so i know it’s there… i just don’t understand why i can’t get to it more consistently or why i’m redirected to login so many times before i just land back on the support tickets page once again.
