    I’ve purchased Ninja Tables Pro and Fluent Forms Pro. I’ve left two support questions now.

    First one was 6 days ago – No Reply
    Second one was 3 days ago – No Reply

    I paid for the plugins and disappointed I am not receiving support.

    Hello @crushingpixels,

    An apology for the inconvenience that you had gone through. Actually, a couple of months ago we have started using our own built ticketing system and recently there was an issue that some tickets got delayed to reach us that is the reason why you hadn’t get responses to your queries in time. But we have recovered it and built a better support system to serve our valuable customers.

    @annuman The developer cannot have this conversation here, ever. I’m closing this topic. I know you need support but pro support is not permitted on this site.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
