Support unresponsive, Old support docs

I used to use this plugin long time ago. Now I see they changed a lot since last time I used it, but never updated their docs. So their hierarchy import documentation is outdated and completely unrelated to current plugin capabilities. I usually write positive reviews, but this time I will have to wait to change review into better one.

Try importing sub3x categories tree and you’ll see what I talk about. Youl get tutorial on their pages that has nothing to do with current plugin. Just terrible and unprofessional, but I will gladly change rating when they respond with some normal solution.
