Support wait times…??

Hi Support,
I have my form all ready to go, but I’m receiving a mail notification error on the front end when the form is submitted – and the email isn’t delivered. Is it because it’s on the staging server? When I disconnect HIPAA forms from the assigned Gravity form, the server sends the notification email just fine. How do I remedy this? I tried troubleshooting
bye deactivating all plugins and switching themes, and the problem persists.Last night I submitted this question in the support system but have not received a response back. What is the usual wait times from support on such questions?
