Support was amazing.. at first… then….

  • I was helped by a support chat person named Scott who went out of his way to log into my wordpress and findout the reason it was not working with my chosen theme was i needed to upgrade my php version.

    Unfortunately i needed more help to get the Phlox theme working properly and the chat support has been offline for a few days now. I have sent messages but have not received any email back and there are no designated times when the support is available.

    I ended up opening a support ticket. After a day i got a response that they had a problem try again along with snarky comments because i had changed my 5 star review to 3 stars. They apparently took it personally, not professionally. I did try the demo importer again and there was no change still the same problem so i replied. Scott then again making a sarcastic comment about the 3 star review said i should give an ftp account for them to try which was already included in the ticket. I wrote back to say that the account was already in the ticket.

    Dear @fliipixel,
    Normally we use live chat for pre-sale questions. and You can use our dedicated support forum to get better and faster answers, And also we always try to answer the offline messages in a couple of days and yesterday we answered all of them.
    As you see today is weekend and we answer you. It is not fair to give us 3-star.
