    hi @norman1975,

    thanks for using Instagram Feed WD plugin.

    Do you see that message on frontend or backend? What is the username you use ?
    If frontend, please provide a link to that page. If backend, please drop a message to web-dorado support using this form .

    I’m having the same issue. Going from admin area to visit site I see “access token provided is invalid”. Then when I figgred out that disabling the instagram plugin Eliminated the issue I went into the back end. In the back in when I click in my feed to esit or when a user tries to create a new feed it says user does not exist.

    Hello, @wendy_d!

    Thanks for posting about this problem!

    Firstly, could you please make sure the user you are trying to add is a public account?

    Also, Instagram expires access tokens periodically. So please try to reset your access token from Instagram Feed WD plugin, and also revoke access of the plugin from here.

    Let us know in case you have further questions.
    Thank you! Have a great day!

    @norman1975 To confirm I appeared to have the same exact issue as you and going into Settings under the Instagram Feed menu, resetting the token access, and then logging in again fixed my issue. Hope it works for you as well.

    @wdsupport, thank you so much!!

    You are most welcome, @wendy_d!

    We are happy to know resetting the access token helped. Please feel free to open a new thread in case you will need further assistance.
