support window won't go away

  • Can’t get rd of the “support us” window – Won’t allow me to leave a rating on wordpress, keeps popping up continuously – very very frustrating. Also considering I have added your link (manually) to the footer of my site. I am happy to support you – if you let me!!!!!

    WordPress doesn’t add anything like that. Perhaps it’s being injected by a plugin or theme?

    Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Fifteen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue.
