Support with PressJunkie theme

  • Hey,

    I’m looking for a way to get support from PressJunkie.net after purchasing a theme from them. They write – use Mingle Forum to get support from us, but how do i find them via Mingle Forum??

    The problem i have is – On Tag pages the Tag Title is in Jibrish – https://israsport.co.il/?tag=%D7%A1%D7%A4%D7%95%D7%A8%D7%98

    The site is in Hebrew, and the rest of the site works fine, and the Hebrew fonts are showsn jsut fine. Only the Tag Title is in Jibrish –
    Any idea why? and what can i do to fix it?

  • That’s a premium theme; go to their site for support. But they may not provide support; some theme companies are like that.

    You’re right, they don’t have any support – they took down their support forum. I managed to get it fixed. the tagtitle.php file was a mess, and did not work properly with conventional wordpress.

    but everything is fixed now.

    I am frustrated. I bought the New Yorker 3 Theme and cannot find clear instructions on how to set it on my blog. The instructions on the widget area are not clear.
