    Hi,

I see that this was requested over 2 years ago, and as far as I can see it still hasn’t been implemented?

Can you please sort this out, or advise when you will be doing so?

    Many thanks in advance.

    Regards,
    Martin

Hi @ttoaster, thanks for your message.

Which 2-year old request in particular are you referring to? A link to the topic would be great if you have it just so I’m not missing the precise details of your request.

In the meantime, General WooCommerce login/registration support can be added in Wordfence > Login Security > Settings > Enable WooCommerce integration, just in case that’s related.

There is also a new release coming soon that includes a Login Security update to enable 2FA on “Customer” user roles, which also sounds like it could be related to your requirements as it’s only available for admins currently.

    Thanks,

    Peter.

Here’s the original topic posted over 2 years ago….

    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/support-woocommerce-2fa-my-account-page/

As to that setting, already done, even with it enabled there is still no 2FA setting/management in the Woocommerce “My Account” page, even when the customer role is Subscriber!
By the way the 2FA setting in Wordfence Login Security is set as Optional for the Subscriber role (which works fine without Woocommerce)…

Hmmmm, no response to my reply to you for over 3 days….

Are you considering this, or just ignoring it?

If you are just ignoring it, I will go and use another plugin that does seem to at least partially do what I expected Wordfence to do.

Hi @ttoaster, sometimes with the free forums we can’t guarantee immediate responses. www.ads-software.com kindly offer this space for supporting our free product and we make every effort to provide a high level of service to those who need it.

In my original response, I highlighted the new release coming soon that includes a Login Security update to enable 2FA on “Customer” user roles. This was the issue that prevents 2FA being enabled for the /my-account page, as we currently only support logging in through the wp-login.php page. Whilst we can’t usually commit to release schedules here on the forums due to the ever-changing landscape of threat detection, this update is already scheduled and coming very soon.

    Thanks again,

    Peter.

    Hi Peter,

Thank you for your response, and I see that others are also asking for this feature, so I’m glad to hear that it is being added.

I look forward to seeing and testing the new functionality out, when it is released.

    Regards,
    Martin

No worries @ttoaster, I am also unable to update topics when a release addresses a requested update, so you can check our changelog when an update comes out at: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wordfence/#developers

We’ve also recently been further documenting updates on our blog so that you get a bit of a deeper explanation than the bullet-points, such as with 7.7.0: https://www.wordfence.com/blog/2022/10/wordfence-7-7-0-is-out-here-are-the-changes/

Hopefully that helps you out for future reference, and thank-you for using Wordfence!

    Peter.
