• Really wanted this to work. Liked the way it looked on the mobile, but from a commercial stand point can’t see it’s for me.
    Had problems with API, not Mobile Packs fault, but support was slow.
    Problems with any form of interaction which makes it hard to figure out how this will help business. Again support slow.

    Seriously can’t rely on this for running a business.

    Great for bloggers but think twice about using it commercailly

    Hi Martin,

    I have to disagree with your comment about support being slow. Every time you have received a reply within 24 hours which is consistent with the terms and conditions for most commercial platforms (and we have the Zendesk logs that can prove it). I understand that this isn’t fast enough for you, but it sounds like you are looking for a consultancy business, which can be quite different from a do-it-yourself, SaaS platform.
