[supportcandy] Shortcode not displaying

    Hello,

    I have just installed WordPress version 5.1–en_CA and plugin SupportCandy Version 1.1.5. I followed the installation instructions from https://supportcandy.net/knowledgebase/installation-page-setup/ and if you visit the link to my page you will see the title Support with a blank box.

    I am unsure if there is something else I will need to activate for plugin shortcodes to work or if the paragrapgh block being used is correct.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Good day,

    I have fixed the issue by upgrading my PHP version to 7.2.7, I was previously using PHP 5.6.

    Looking forward to testing out this great plugin, thanks for anyone who was actively looking in to this issue.
