    I understand how important that is to you and I’m sorry for keeping you waiting but please do not bump tickets or create new ones about the same issue. That’s really not recommended (and not quite welcome) by www.ads-software.com as far as I know. It also means that we need to respond to more tickets which means it takes more time to address them all.

    I apologize again for keeping you waiting on this but I’d appreciate some patience. I can promise you that we’ll work with you on it as much as needed and won’t let you without assistance.
