Great reply to my search though am not sure why it is having very few reviews. Maybe coz most people use Posts instead of pages.

Infact, like the author wrote, it is a much easy plugin if you have ever used [display posts shortcode] it works just the same but with pages instead. Solved my work so fast. You deserve a coffee man!
