Survey giving customized individual answers depending on user's answers?

Hey there,

currently I’m looking for a plugin which will allow me to create surveys that confronts users with several multi-choice-questions. Depending on which answers the individual user gave they should receive a custom response by the survey at the end.

That’s probably hard to understand, huh. So, as an example, to create a survey which will let the user find out if buying a certain product would be a good choice, depending on the answers they’re giving. Like, if one person chose answer A on page 1, answer C on page 2 and answer A on page 3, he’d get a positive result, but another person who chose B, C and B would get another result.

I just don’t have any idea how to google for said features. Hopefully you guys can help me out, thank you so much in advance for any suggestions!
