    Hi @morfivsr,

    Thanks for pointing this out. I’ve logged this as an issue to be resolved. However there is something you can do.

    On the settings page of Gravity Forms; there is also a GravityExport Lite button. This page contains settings for the plugin; instead of settings for a specific form.

    On this settings page, there is a “Multiple Columns” option. If you enable this; fields like name, address and Likert will export as multiple columns. This way you have both the row name, and the value exported.
