Survey links not working on emails

    Using survey 3.0.2

    I add a role to send an email 1 day before the ticket will be close ( automatically )
    The customer received the Survey email on time.
    but. when the customer clicks on one of the survey rate links.. nothing happened.. and the admin doesn’t see the customer rate.

    Thank you very much for your concern.
    It’s still not working correctly and I will try to explain.

    1. After a few days, customers receive a message ( Email) with the option to Rate (Survey).
    2. When they click on the rating that suits them, a window opens (the Feebdack page I created with ShortCode – “[wpsc_sf]“.
    3. *But, the ShortCode is empty from content ( the other page content is loading, but not related to the Survey addons ).
    • Important notice, when the customer is not logged in to our website, and he clicks on one of the Rate links at the message he received in his email. On the Feedback page, there is a login box related to the Survey ShortCode.

      Both SupportCandy and the Survey addon is the latest version.
