Survey Maker Submissions No Longer Display Pie Chart

    In the submissions link, the results of the survey responses no longer display the “Pie Chart” results. The results data can still be bulk downloaded, but the charts are not drawn out.

    Has anyone seen this before and know how to resolve this issue?

    Thank you for your topic.

    I am really sorry for the inconvenience that this may cause you.

    We couldn’t find any issue while checking charts on our end, as they were all displaying well. As we understand it correctly the problem has appeared recently.

    Would you please provide us with the global changes that you have made (e.g. you have updated WP, change the Theme, install a plugin)?

    Maybe there is a JS error in your console, which may come from another source, due to which the charts aren’t displaying.

    Could you please provide us with a screenshot of your console so that we can understand the problem?

    For that please go to the charts > press F12 > Console.
